Compass Management serves
community associations in
the greater Puget Sound
area. Our goal is to
provide quality management,
direction and education to
assist Boards of Directors
and association members in
the successful management of
their community and its
assets.

Community
Association management is a specialized field. We are not
“property managers.” Although overseeing the care of common
area property and the governance of owned properties within
each community are a part of what we do, it is only a
segment of the “people-property-amenities” big picture.
Compass Management understands community associations and
can assist the board in providing a community where every
association member feels a sense of belonging.
Our goal is to provide successful management
through communication with the Board as well as homeowners;
proper maintenance of common areas by frequent property
inspections; and consistency in handling homeowner requests.
